Who is this work for?
This is for the person who has always known there was more available — and is finally ready to stop pretending they haven’t.
For those who have done the work. The therapy. The retreats. The practices. And who sense, quietly, that something is still waiting. Something the other containers haven’t quite reached.
For those who feel it in the body first — a numbness they’ve learned to live inside, a pleasure they’ve been standing just outside of, an aliveness they’ve been reaching toward without quite knowing how to arrive.
For those moving through a threshold — a life that is falling away, a self that is asking to be born, a relationship that needs more than repair, a body that is changing and asking to be met differently
For the partner who wants to bring something real.
For the person who wants to go somewhere their lover, their therapist, their yoga mat hasn’t been able to take them. For the one who wants to feel the depth of genuine intimacy — with another, and first, with themselves. For those drawn to the field — to immersive, embodied, collective experience. To retreats where something real happens. To the kind of room where people arrive one way and leave changed.
For those who feel the call to hold this space for others — who know they are meant to do this work, who understand that you cannot take someone further than you have been yourself, and who are ready to go there.
This is for you if something in you said yes before you finished reading.

SELF RESPONSIBILITY
You are in charge of your journey. No one here will do it for you — and no one will abandon you in it either. We will stand with you every step of the way, if you are willing to stand for yourself.
INNER INTEGRITY
Not the integrity of rules or performance. The deeper kind — the slow, sometimes uncomfortable work of becoming undivided. Of closing the gap between what you feel, what you know, and how you live.
TRUTH
Not comfort. Not spiritual bypassing. Not the version of yourself that is safe to show. The real thing — even when it is inconvenient, even when it unravels something, even when it asks more of you than you thought you had.
COURAGE
None of this is easy. Meeting your shadow, your body, your desire, your relational edges — and staying there, at the edge, without collapsing or running — takes something most people spend their whole lives avoiding. We honour that. We ask it of you anyway.
CURIOSITY
The stance we bring to everything. To the parts of you that are difficult. To desire. To what arises in the body. To what you don’t yet understand about yourself. Curiosity over judgement, always.
THE RELATIONAL FIELD
We are always in relationship — with ourselves, with another, with the erotic, with the world. The depth you can go to within yourself is the exact depth available to you with another. This is not a metaphor. It is the work.

Rachel Rowlatt has always been someone who didn’t quite fit.
Too curious for the rules. Too wild for the systems. Too feeling for the structures she found herself inside of.
She came from science. From crime scenes and forensic labs and the cold precision of evidence. From the military — a world built on discipline, conformity, hierarchy, and the very careful management of anything that couldn’t be contained. She learned early how to hold herself together. How to be useful. How to operate inside frameworks that had no room for the parts of her that were searching for something she couldn’t yet name.
She was good at it.
And underneath all of it — the science, the discipline, the performing of competence — there was a loving, creative, wild, playful, curious soul who felt perpetually out of place. Always searching for something more. Something she never seemed to be able to feel, or fully know, or let herself have.
She didn’t know that was the wound. She thought it was just who she was.

At its heart, the Self-Pleasure Modality™ teaches one thing: how to be present — with yourself, and with another. Everything else flows from there.
