Other ways to work with Rachel
Some rooms need a therapist. Some need a host. Some need someone who can say "orgasm" into a microphone without blushing, then hold the room when it gets real. I can be all three, sometimes in the same evening.
I live at the crossroads. I span the scientific and the somatic, the sexual and the spiritual, the creative and the intuitive. I've trained my mind in the lab, my body on the stage and my presence in the therapy room. I've learned to trust the evidence and the ineffable in equal measure. I bring all of it into every room I walk into: rigour and wildness, precision and play, the clinical and the sacred held in the same hand.
My work moves between the stage, the screen, the page and the circle. Whether you're programming a conference, casting a project, planning a retreat or building something that doesn't have a name yet, you get depth, presence, playfulness and the credibility to back it up.
Not your usual wellness voice
Before I was a sexologist and psychotherapist, I was a forensic scientist working in Crime Scene, and before that I served in the military. I know what it is to work in uniform, inside systems and hierarchies, around things most people never have to see.
That history lets me speak on trauma, service and resilience from the inside, not from a textbook. It's why I can stand in front of a room of veterans, first responders or corporate leaders as comfortably as a room of tantra practitioners. And it's why my work on pleasure, breath and the body is grounded in something real.
I also live with disability and chronic illness. I know first-hand that pleasure, intimacy and wellbeing belong to every body, not just the ones the wellness industry puts on its posters. Making this work accessible, and bringing disability and sexuality into the conversation, is close to my heart.
And long before any of it, I was a little girl singing on stage. As a classically trained singer who grew up in musical theatre, I learned early how to hold an audience, find my voice and let it carry.

Let's make something together
Tell me what you're dreaming up: the event, the audience, the dates and the feeling you want people to leave with. I read every enquiry personally.
Sometimes you don't need a full container — you need an hour. One focused, held space to bring whatever is alive for you.
This session can be simply to be heard and witnessed, a guided self-pleasure session, guided breathwork, sexology, counselling, or processwork psychotherapy — shaped entirely around what you need in that hour.
Drawing on Jungian depth psychology, processwork, somatic practice, and years of work at the intersection of the sacred, scientific, somatic, and sexual, these sessions meet you exactly where you are.
Book a single session as an entry point into working together, or return whenever you need this kind of space — as standalone support, between longer containers, or alongside your own ongoing practice.
